On July 25, 2011 I attended The Lock and Loaded concert with Eric Church and Toby Keith at the Delaware State Fair. It was a humid and a very hot day, but that didn’t stop these two great singers from performing. I had a great time along with two great friends. The concert was awesome, very crowded and I believe every seat was taken.
Upon entrée we were greeted by military service men who were giving hand held American Flags. Eric Church opened the night with his great music and the crowd was cheering. After an hour or so of Eric Church’s music came the moment we all were waiting for and the cheers got even louder. They played a clip of Ford Pick-Up’s and Toby. I have to mention it had the whole crowd laughing. Then came the big entrance of Toby himself and the crowd went crazy. It was an amazing concert! The final songs were dedicated to our troops who have and are still serving our country. The last part of the show included Military Armed Forces men and women up on stage with Toby Keith. He sang American Soldier and The Angry American and shook each soldiers hand as he left the stage. It was an amazing concert and I would recommend The Lock and Loaded Concert to everyone that loves country music and wants to have a great time. Thank you, Eric Church and Toby Keith for a great night of country music.
